Social security Disability

If you are no longer able to work due to an illness or injury, you may be entitled to  Social Security Disability under Title II of the Social Security Act. We can assist you in making your claim for Social Security Disability. If you have been denied we can assist you in having this decision reconsidered or in filing an appeal for a hearing with an Administrative Law Judge.

Disability benefits are based upon your earnings for the past ten years. You must have been gainfully employed for twenty of the past forty quarters of a year.

If you are approved for Social Security Disability, you should be eligible for Medicare starting two years after the date that  the SSA determines that you became unable to work.

Medical evidence of treatment and inability to work is crucial to your Social Security Disability case. We will work with your doctors to provide this evidence to the Social Security Administration.

We know that most disability applicants have not worked in some time and are in a financial plight. There is no charge to the claimant until you are approved for benefits. If you are denied we will evaluate your case for appeal. There is no charge if you are denied until  and unless you are approved.

Please call us today at 334-678-7780 to discuss your case even if you have not yet applied. We can assist you in your application process as well.
